Xin joined our lab in September of 2022 as a PhD student. He is currently investigating the role of somatic mutations in checkpoint blockade efficacy and the anti-tumor immune response. His second interest is integrating big data analytics with CRISPR-Cas9 screening and single-cell RNA-seq to comprehensively profile the immune microenvironment of bladder cancer. Outside of science, he plays drums, loves cooking, and can usually be found exploring the outdoors.
